1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the PIGXY mobile game ("PIGXY," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play. By downloading or using PIGXY, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you play, this may include:

• Account information. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive the name and email address you allow Apple to share, plus a unique identifier used to recognize your account. You may use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, in which case we only receive a private relay address.
• Game progress. Your coins, diamonds, level, XP, owned and selected skins, chosen game mode, and settings. This is stored on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to our cloud so you can continue on other devices.
• Purchase information. In app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase completed, but never your card number or payment details.
• Advertising & usage data. Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers, approximate region, and app usage signals to deliver and measure ads.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to: save and synchronize your game progress; recognize your account across devices; deliver in app purchases and advertising; respond to your support requests; and maintain, secure, and improve the game.

4. Sign in with Apple

PIGXY uses Sign in with Apple for optional account creation. We use your Apple provided identifier solely to link your saved progress to your account. We do not sell or share this information for marketing.

5. Third Party Services

PIGXY relies on trusted third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Apple: Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase: authentication and cloud database used to store and sync your progress. See Firebase's Privacy & Security.
• Google AdMob: in app advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising

PIGXY may display ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non personalized. On iOS, we honor Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework: if you decline tracking, you will receive non personalized ads. You can reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

7. In App Purchases

Optional in app purchases (such as coin packs, diamond packs, and the Overcharged Bundle) are handled securely by Apple under Apple's terms. Purchased content is tied to your game account and restored through your save data.

8. Data Storage & Security

Cloud data is stored on Google Firebase servers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Security rules restrict access so that your saved data can only be read or written by your own authenticated account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Data Retention

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the game. If you delete your account, we remove the associated cloud data (see Section 11).

10. Children's Privacy

PIGXY is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) beyond what is necessary to run the game. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You control your data. You may sign out at any time, which clears the account session from your device. To request access to, or permanent deletion of, your account and all associated cloud data, email us at pigxy.support@gmail.com from your account email and we will process your request.

12. International Users

PIGXY is operated from, and your data may be processed and stored in, the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using PIGXY you consent to this transfer.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of PIGXY after changes means you accept the revised policy.
